Credits, Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation

This policy explains how credits are charged, when refunds may be available, and how plans and top-ups behave during beta.

1. Credits

Plans grant recurring monthly credits. Top-ups and admin grants add one-time credits. Credits are consumed when billable features run.

Displayed pricing is based on the current internal credit schedule and may change when provider pricing changes.

2. Charges and failures

  • Completed billable operations consume credits.
  • If a provider rejects a queued generation before a billable result exists, we may reverse or avoid the charge according to the billing logic for that flow.
  • Duplicate billing or obvious service-side charging mistakes can be reviewed for correction.

3. Refund posture

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered.

We may provide refunds or credit corrections for duplicate charges, legal obligations, or clear service failures where LizzFlix charged you for a materially broken flow.

4. Plans and cancellation

Recurring plans can be changed or cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation typically affects the next billing cycle unless local law requires a different result.

Top-ups are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

5. Billing support and disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, use the in-app contact page before filing a dispute. Include the account email, approximate time, and what failed.
