Terms of Service

LizzFlix is operated by a sole trader established in Czechia ("we"). LizzFlix is a brand, not a separate company. VAT: not registered for VAT.

These terms apply to the LizzFlix website at https://lizzflix.xyz, the iOS and Android apps, background jobs, billing, generated outputs, and the LizzFlix MCP server that connected AI apps use on your behalf. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Billing and refund policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• LizzFlix is not offered to residents of the Russian Federation or to persons or territories subject to EU, UK or US sanctions, and you may not use it from there. The Russian-language interface is a language option, not an offer to residents of Russia.
• You may not use the service if your access would violate applicable law, export rules, or third-party rights.
• You are responsible for keeping your login, provider keys, and billing details accurate and secure.

Each account gets a private workspace and can run background jobs that continue after navigation or refresh.

You are responsible for all activity in your account, including content you upload, prompts you submit, and jobs you start.

Paid plans, top-ups, and admin grants provide credits that can be consumed by generation, rendering, voice, or other billable operations.

LizzFlix is a beta service. Features, models, pricing, limits, and job behavior may change, pause, or be removed without a service-level agreement.

• Credits are a prepaid usage balance inside the app. Plan credits expire at the end of the billing period they were granted for; top-up credits do not expire. The Billing and refund policy has the details.
• You pay the price and currency shown before you pay.
• Beta availability is best-effort only.
• Provider outages, moderation blocks, or upstream policy changes may stop a generation even after it was queued.

You keep responsibility for the prompts, reference media, dialogue, and outputs you create through the service.

You may only upload or generate content you have the right to use, edit, and process.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, it bans all sexual content and nudity, photos or videos of real children as references, and using anyone's likeness or voice without their consent; you may clone only your own voice or the voice of an adult who gave explicit consent.

• No unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material.
• No attempts to bypass model, billing, moderation, or security controls.

As between you and LizzFlix, you retain rights you already have in your inputs and, subject to law and provider terms, in the outputs you generate.

Some outputs depend on third-party providers such as Runway, fal (with the models it runs, for example Google's Gemini Omni and Kuaishou's Kling), ElevenLabs, OpenRouter (with OpenAI's GPT models), Stripe, Vercel, and Cloudflare. Their own terms and technical restrictions may still apply, and a provider may refuse a request under its own policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risk, abusive usage, unpaid balances, legal risk, or security concerns.

You may stop using the beta at any time. Deletion and data-rights requests are handled through the contact and privacy flows.

The beta is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, output quality, commercial fitness, or error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LizzFlix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to LizzFlix during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires more.

• You can connect an AI app of your choice, such as an AI assistant, to your account through the LizzFlix MCP server. You choose the app; LizzFlix does not provide it, and its own terms and privacy policy apply.
• A connected app acts on your behalf, within the access you approve: reading your studio, changing it, and spending credits. What it does is activity in your account (section 3).
• Paid actions need a confirmation and stay within your credit balance.
• A production plan that you approve (one budget for several steps, such as a whole episode) confirms its steps in advance: LizzFlix then runs them for you, also after you close the chat, and never spends more than the approved budget. You can stop a plan at any time.
• You can disconnect an app at any time in Profile, under Connected apps. Connections also end 30 days after their last use, and at the latest 90 days after you approved them. We may end a connection to protect your account or the service, for example when an app misuses its access (section 7).

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Other disputes go to the courts of Prague.

If you are a consumer, you can also turn to the Czech body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes: Česká obchodní inspekce (ČOI), Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, https://adr.coi.gov.cz. We do not link to the EU online dispute resolution platform, which closed on 20 July 2025.

Every version of these terms is published with its effective date, and earlier versions stay on the history page. When a change is material, we ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
