Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

LizzFlix is a public beta AI studio at https://lizzflix.xyz. These terms apply to the beta web app, background jobs, billing, and generated outputs.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, the acceptable use policy, and the billing and refund policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may not use the service if your access would violate applicable law, sanctions, export rules, or third-party rights.
• You are responsible for keeping your login, provider keys, and billing details accurate and secure.

3. Accounts and workspace access

Each account gets a private workspace and can run background jobs that continue after navigation or refresh.

You are responsible for all activity in your account, including content you upload, prompts you submit, and jobs you start.

4. Credits, plans, and beta service limits

Paid plans, top-ups, and admin grants provide credits that can be consumed by generation, rendering, voice, or other billable operations.

LizzFlix is a beta service. Features, models, pricing, limits, and job behavior may change, pause, or be removed without a service-level agreement.

• Credits are a prepaid usage balance inside the app.
• Beta availability is best-effort only.
• Provider outages, moderation blocks, or upstream policy changes may stop a generation even after it was queued.

5. User content and responsibility

You keep responsibility for the prompts, reference media, dialogue, and outputs you create through the service.

You may only upload or generate content you have the right to use, edit, and process.

• No unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material.
• No content exploiting minors or non-consensual sexual content.
• No attempts to bypass model, billing, moderation, or security controls.

6. Ownership and provider dependencies

As between you and LizzFlix, you retain rights you already have in your inputs and, subject to law and provider terms, in the outputs you generate.

Some outputs depend on third-party providers such as Runway, ElevenLabs, Fal, OpenRouter, Replicate, Stripe, Vercel, and Cloudflare. Their own terms and technical restrictions may still apply.

7. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risk, abusive usage, unpaid balances, legal risk, or security concerns.

You may stop using the beta at any time. Deletion and data-rights requests are handled through the contact and privacy flows.

8. Warranty disclaimer and liability limits

The beta is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, output quality, commercial fitness, or error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LizzFlix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to LizzFlix during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires more.

9. Governing law and contact

These beta terms are intended for EEA users and do not override mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your home jurisdiction.
