2. Languages
Languages we answer in: Czech, English, Russian. Authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can write to legal@lizzflix.xyz in any of these languages, including Czech, the official language of the country where we are established.
3. The contact form
The form on this page opens a request with a reference number, which we use in our replies. Choose what it is about: support, privacy, billing, or copyright and takedown.
4. Include these details
- Account email and display name.
- Relevant series, episode, scene, or job id.
- What happened, what you expected, and the approximate time.
- For copyright complaints: proof of ownership and the exact URLs or asset ids.
5. Response times
- Privacy and data-rights requests: within one month. For complex requests we may extend this by two months and tell you why.
- Reports of illegal content: we review them without undue delay.
- Other requests: usually within 5 working days.
